Klearia offers a variety of membranes made out of several carefully tested and selected materials drilled with highly uniform nanopore sizes and very homogeneous properties. We provide outstanding pore sizes, architectures, detection features and a unique in glass integrated architecture [1]. You can choose from different membrane materials sizes or ask for custom dimensions, multilayered structures. Klearia manufactures:

Our technique compared to conventional lithography techniques enables the direct patterning of a thin substrate with a very good resolution and a precise placement. These two features become essential to meet the most stringent nanofabrication specifications.

Klearia is able to provide from single devices to complete 2” wafers with custom designed nanopores types (single nanopore with a matrix for example or multiple nanopores with matrix).

Klearia is also offering multilayered membranes such as dielectric and metal coatings for research applications in the field of nano-optics and molecule detection.

Klearia is offering single nanopore. We thus structure a nanometer pore. We can provide from 10 nm up to few micrometer pores.

Finding the precise location of a few nanometer hole in a millimeter-sized device is quite difficult, next to impossible. Therefore, thanks to our expertise we can provide membranes with detection marks for easy localization / retrieval of the nanopores. Detection marks are not drilled but create a surface contrast. The local material modifications can be detected by transmission electron microscopy, but  also and more interestingly for most users using standard optical microscopy.

Klearia is also able to produce multiple nanopores devices. We thus structure nanometer pores as requested by our customers. We can provide from 10 nm up to few micrometer pores.

And as also described for single nanopore, we can provide membranes with detection marks defined at precise positions.

Klearia provide also “on demand” designed variable size nanopore matrix devices. We are able to fabricate a network of holes with variable sizes. We horizontally pattern an array of nanopores at a given size.

Nanoslits
